Warranty of our Work Product

We warrant the work we do unconditionally for a term of 1 year from the date the work was performed. Our warranty does not extend to the performance, servicability, or fitness for use of any commercial product or service that is not manufactured or provided directly by us.

Truth in Advertising

We accept no advertising, renumeration, or other compensation for any product or service we recommend on this website or in person, with the exception that we may accept software or hardware for testing purposes only. Our recommendations may incorporate or be based in part on information received from vendors or manufacturers, and other independent reviewers.

Product and Service Recommendation Criteria

Vendors who wish to be recommended can submit their wares to Positek.net for review, however no compensation or renumeration may be exchanged, other than the product itself (either on loan, trial basis, or permanent donation), however Positek.net will not provide recommendations until and unless the product successfully undergoes competitive product testing and comparison by Positek.net staff or selected 3rd party partners (again, with no fiduciary ties to the vendor being tested).
